ThisYear 是一款個人規劃應用程式，協助你設定年度目標、追蹤每週習慣與任務進度。保護你的資料是我們的首要承諾。
ThisYear 不會收集、出售或與任何第三方分享你的個人資料。所有資料僅儲存於你的裝置本機或你的私人 iCloud 帳戶中。
我們儲存的資料
ThisYear 僅儲存你在 App 內主動輸入的內容：
- 年度目標與每週行動計劃
- 習慣記錄與完成次數
- 每週任務與日記內容
- 介面語言偏好設定
我們不會收集裝置識別碼、位置資訊、使用行為數據，或任何可識別你身份的個人資料。
資料儲存方式
你的資料儲存於以下兩個位置：
- 裝置本機：資料優先存放於你的 iPhone 或 Mac 上
- iCloud 私人資料庫：如你已登入 iCloud，資料會透過 Apple CloudKit 技術在你的裝置間同步。同步資料僅存放於你個人的 iCloud 私人資料庫，開發者無法存取
我們沒有自己的伺服器，不會接觸你的任何資料。
日曆與提醒事項存取
ThisYear 提供以下兩項選擇性系統整合：
- 日曆：讀取今日行程與週曆視圖。資料僅於裝置本機讀取，不會上傳至任何伺服器
- 提醒事項：雙向同步任務清單。所有讀寫操作均在本機執行，不會離開你的裝置
上述存取權限均為選擇性功能，可隨時於系統設定中撤銷。拒絕授權不影響 App 的核心功能。
第三方服務
ThisYear 不使用任何第三方分析工具、廣告網絡或追蹤服務。
App 使用 Apple CloudKit 進行資料同步，適用 Apple 隱私權政策。
兒童隱私
ThisYear 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會有意收集兒童的個人資料。

Overview
ThisYear is a personal planning app that helps you set annual goals, track weekly habits, and manage your tasks. Protecting your data is our first commitment.
ThisYear does not collect, sell, or share your personal data with any third party. All data is stored on your device or in your private iCloud account.
Data We Store
ThisYear only stores content you actively enter in the app:
- Annual goals and weekly action plans
- Habit records and completion counts
- Weekly tasks and daily notes
- Language preference settings
We do not collect device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, or any information that could identify you personally.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored in one of two places:
- On-device: data is stored locally on your iPhone or Mac
- iCloud private database: if you are signed into iCloud, data syncs across your devices using Apple’s CloudKit technology. Synced data lives only in your personal iCloud private database — the developer has no access to it
We operate no servers of our own and cannot access your data.
Calendar and Reminders Access
ThisYear offers two optional system integrations:
- Calendar: reads today’s events for the schedule and weekly calendar views. Data is accessed locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server
- Reminders: syncs your task lists in both directions. All read and write operations happen on-device and never leave your device
Both permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time in System Settings. Declining either does not affect the app’s core functionality.
Third-Party Services
ThisYear does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking services.
The app uses Apple’s CloudKit for data sync, subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
ThisYear is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
