AlbumBloom 私隱政策

1. 我們不收集的資料
AlbumBloom 不會收集任何個人資料，亦沒有廣告、分析工具或追蹤功能。我們不會知道你是誰、有多少相片、或你如何使用 App。
2. 相片取用
- AlbumBloom 需要「完整取用相片」，才能分析整個圖庫並把相片分到相簿。
- 相片只會在你的 iPhone 上分析，不會上傳或傳送到任何地方。
- AlbumBloom 不會讀取「已隱藏」相簿。
- AlbumBloom 只會在「相片」App 的「AlbumBloom」資料夾內建立相簿、加入相片，以及在你要求時把相片移出這些相簿。它不會修改或移動原相，也不會改動你其他的相簿。
- 只有當你在「清理」中確認後，相片才會被刪除。iOS 會再次請你確認，刪除的相片會放入「最近刪除」，30 天內可以還原。
- 當你在 App 內標記「最愛」時，AlbumBloom 會更新該相片的最愛狀態。
3. 存放在 iPhone 上的資料
為了分類，AlbumBloom 會在 App 內部儲存每張相片的分析結果（例如相似度特徵、內容標籤，以及你使用關鍵字時讀到的相片文字），連同你建立的主題、樣本和設定。這些資料：
- 只存放在你的 iPhone 上，不會上傳，也不會經 iCloud 同步；
- 刪除 App 時會一併刪除；
- 可以在 App「設定」中重新分析，清除舊的分析結果。
AlbumBloom 建立的相簿屬於你的「相片」圖庫。如你使用 iCloud 相片，這些相簿會像你自己建立的相簿一樣，由 Apple 同步到你的其他裝置。
4. 旅行相簿與地名
- 旅行功能預設關閉。開啟後，AlbumBloom 會根據相片的拍攝地點和日期，在 iPhone 上找出你的旅行。
- 為了以地名為相簿命名（例如「2026年8月 Benidorm」），iPhone 會把每次旅行的一個大概位置（坐標）傳送給 Apple 的地圖服務，以取得城市或地區名稱。這是 iOS 內建的服務，受 Apple 的私隱政策保障。
- 不會傳送相片、日期、相片數目或任何其他資料，我們亦不會收到這些位置。
- 關閉旅行功能後，就不會再查詢地名。
5. 購買
AlbumBloom Plus 經 Apple App Store 購買。付款由 Apple 處理，我們不會收到你的付款資料或 Apple ID 資料。
6. 捷徑與背景更新
如你在「捷徑」設定每日自動更新，或 iPhone 在充電時於背景整理相片，相關處理同樣只在你的 iPhone 上進行。
7. 兒童
AlbumBloom 不會收集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。
8. 政策更新
如本政策有所修改，我們會在此頁更新並修改生效日期。

Effective 12 October 2026
1. What we don’t collect
AlbumBloom collects no personal data. It has no ads, analytics or tracking. We don’t know who you are, how many photos you have, or how you use the app.
2. Photo access
- AlbumBloom asks for Full Access to your photos so it can analyse your library and sort photos into albums.
- Photos are analysed only on your iPhone and are never uploaded or sent anywhere.
- AlbumBloom never reads your Hidden album.
- AlbumBloom only creates albums inside an “AlbumBloom” folder in Photos, adds photos to them, and takes photos out of them when you ask. It never edits or moves your photos and never changes your other albums.
- Photos are deleted only when you confirm in Clean. iOS asks you again, and deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
- When you mark a photo as a favourite in the app, AlbumBloom updates its favourite status.
3. Data stored on your iPhone
To sort your photos, AlbumBloom keeps the results of its analysis inside the app (such as similarity features, content labels and, if you use keywords, text read from photos), along with your topics, samples and settings. This data:
- stays on your iPhone and is not uploaded or synced through iCloud;
- is removed when you delete the app;
- can be cleared by re-analysing your photos in Settings.
The albums AlbumBloom creates are part of your Photos library. If you use iCloud Photos, Apple syncs them to your other devices, like any album you make yourself.
4. Trip albums and place names
- Trips are off until you turn them on. Then AlbumBloom finds your trips on your iPhone from where and when photos were taken.
- To name each album after a place (for example “Aug 2026 Benidorm”), your iPhone sends one rough location (coordinates) per trip to Apple’s map service to get the town or region name. This is a service built into iOS and covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
- No photos, dates, photo counts or anything else are sent, and we never receive these locations.
- With trips turned off, no place names are looked up.
5. Purchases
AlbumBloom Plus is bought through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment; we never receive your payment details or Apple ID information.
6. Shortcuts and background updates
If you set up a daily update in Shortcuts, or your iPhone sorts photos in the background while charging, that also happens only on your iPhone.
7. Children
AlbumBloom collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
