Privacy Policy for Drawlendar
Drawlendar (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a hand-drawn calendar, journal and digital planner app made by BY MILLY CO. LTD. This policy explains what information the App uses and how.
Our core principle
Drawlendar has no server, and we do not collect, sell or share your personal data. Everything you draw, write or add in the App is stored on your device and, if you choose, synced privately through your own iCloud account. It never passes through any server we run or can access.
Information the App uses
Calendar
If you turn on “Show events on calendar” in Settings, the App reads the events in your device’s Calendar (through Apple’s EventKit) to show them next to your drawings and in the Home Screen widget. If you create or edit an event in the App, it is saved to your Calendar. This data stays on your device and we never receive it.
Photos
You can add photos to your journal or use them as stickers through Apple’s photo picker, which only gives the App the photos you select, not your whole library. When you export a month or day page, the App saves the image to your Photos library, with your permission.
Fonts
If you import a font file, the App keeps a copy on your device so you can use it in your journal. The file is not sent anywhere.
Face ID / Touch ID
If you turn on App Lock, the App uses Face ID or Touch ID (through Apple’s Local Authentication framework) to lock the App. Your biometric data is handled entirely by iOS and is never available to the App or to us.
iCloud
If you are signed in to iCloud, the App stores your journal (drawings, photos, text and stickers) and some preferences, such as your paper style, in your own private iCloud account so it can sync across your devices. This data is protected by Apple under your Apple Account, and we cannot access it.
Device storage
Preferences such as language, week start day and display settings are stored on your device and are not sent anywhere.
Purchases
Drawlendar offers in-app purchases (a subscription or a one-time unlock), processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Data sharing
We do not share, sell or rent your data to anyone. The App contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
Keeping and deleting your data
- Deleting the App removes the data stored on that device.
- Content you delete in the App is also removed from iCloud once it syncs.
- You can manage or delete the App’s iCloud data in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
Children’s privacy
Drawlendar is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because we collect no personal data at all, this applies to every age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Drawlendar（「本 App」、「我們」）是由 BY MILLY CO. LTD 開發的手繪月曆、手帳及電子手帳 app。本政策說明本 App 使用哪些資料，以及如何使用。
我們的核心原則
Drawlendar 沒有任何伺服器，我們不會收集、出售或分享你的個人資料。你在本 App 中繪畫、書寫或加入的所有內容，都儲存在你的裝置上；如你選擇，亦會透過你自己的 iCloud 帳戶私密同步，絕不會經過任何由我們營運或可存取的伺服器。
本 App 使用的資料
日曆
如你在設定中開啟「在月曆顯示行程」，本 App 會（透過 Apple 的 EventKit）讀取裝置日曆中的行程，顯示在你的手繪旁邊及主畫面 Widget 上。你在本 App 內新增或編輯的行程，會儲存到你的日曆。這些資料只留在你的裝置上，我們不會收到。
相片
你可透過 Apple 的相片選擇器，把相片加入手帳或用作貼紙。本 App 只會取得你所選的相片，而非整個相簿。當你匯出月頁或日頁時，本 App 會在你允許後把圖片儲存到你的相簿。
字體
如你匯入字體檔案，本 App 會在你的裝置上保留一份副本，方便你在手帳中使用。檔案不會傳送到任何地方。
Face ID／Touch ID
如你開啟 App 鎖，本 App 會（透過 Apple 的 Local Authentication 框架）使用 Face ID 或 Touch ID 鎖上本 App。你的生物特徵資料完全由 iOS 處理，本 App 和我們都無法取得。
iCloud
如你已登入 iCloud，本 App 會把你的手帳內容（繪畫、相片、文字及貼紙）和部分偏好設定（例如紙張款式）儲存在你自己的私人 iCloud 帳戶，以便在你的裝置之間同步。這些資料受 Apple 在你的 Apple 帳戶下保護，我們無法存取。
裝置儲存
語言、每週起始日及顯示設定等偏好，只儲存在你的裝置上，不會傳送到任何地方。
購買
Drawlendar 提供 App 內購買（訂閱或一次性解鎖），全部由 Apple 處理。我們不會收到你的付款資料。你可在 Apple 帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱。
資料分享
我們不會向任何人分享、出售或出租你的資料。本 App 沒有任何廣告、數據分析或追蹤功能。
保留及刪除資料
- 刪除本 App 會移除該裝置上儲存的資料。
- 你在本 App 內刪除的內容，同步後亦會從 iCloud 移除。
- 你可在「設定」>「你的名字」>「iCloud」>「管理儲存空間」中管理或刪除本 App 的 iCloud 資料。
兒童私隱
Drawlendar 並非為 13 歲以下兒童而設，我們亦不會在知情下收集兒童的資料。由於我們完全不收集個人資料，這一點適用於所有年齡的用戶。
政策更新
我們可能不時更新本政策。任何更改都會在本頁公布，並更新生效日期。
