Privacy Policy 私隱政策
MemoReel is built on a simple principle: your memories stay yours. We do not collect, upload, or store your photos, videos, or voice recordings. MemoReel 建立於一個簡單原則：您的回憶屬於您自己。我們不會收集、上傳或儲存您的相片、影片或聲音錄音。
In short: MemoReel works entirely on your device. No account is required. Your media never leaves your phone. The only third-party data collection comes from advertising (Google AdMob), and only if you grant tracking permission. 簡而言之：MemoReel 完全在您的裝置上運作。無需建立帳戶。您的媒體檔案不會離開您的手機。唯一的第三方資料收集來自廣告（Google AdMob），且僅在您授予追蹤權限後方才生效。

Information We Do Not Collect 我們不收集的資料
MemoReel does not have servers that receive your personal content. Specifically, we do not collect: MemoReel 沒有接收您個人內容的伺服器。具體而言，我們不收集：
- Photos or videos from your library 您相簿中的相片或影片
- Voice or audio recordings used for caption generation 用於生成字幕的聲音或錄音
- Location data from your device or photo metadata 來自裝置或相片元數據的位置資訊
- Your name, email address, or any registration details 您的姓名、電郵地址或任何註冊資料
Caption generation uses Apple’s on-device Speech Recognition framework. Audio is processed locally and never transmitted to our servers or any third party. 字幕生成採用 Apple 的本機語音辨識技術，音頻在裝置上處理，不會傳輸至我們的伺服器或任何第三方。

Advertising & Tracking 廣告與追蹤
The free version of MemoReel displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. If you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob may collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and usage signals to serve personalised ads. MemoReel 免費版本顯示由 Google AdMob 投放的廣告。若您透過 Apple 的「App 追蹤透明度」提示授予權限，AdMob 可能收集您裝置的廣告識別碼（IDFA）及使用數據，以提供個性化廣告。
If you decline tracking permission, AdMob will still show ads but they will not be personalised. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. 若您拒絕授予追蹤權限，AdMob 仍會顯示廣告，但廣告將不會個性化。您可隨時在 「設定」→「私隱與安全性」→「追蹤」 中更改選擇。

You can remove all advertising permanently with the Remove Ads in-app purchase. 您可透過 「移除廣告」應用程式內購買，永久移除所有廣告。

In-App Purchases 應用程式內購買
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. MemoReel does not receive or store any payment or billing information. 所有購買均由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理。MemoReel 不會接收或儲存任何付款或帳單資料。

Photo & Microphone Access 相片與麥克風存取
MemoReel requests access to your photo library to let you select clips and images for your reels, and to save finished reels to your camera roll. This access is read on your device; nothing is transmitted remotely. MemoReel 申請存取您的相簿，以便您選取片段及圖片製作 Reel，並將完成的 Reel 儲存至相機膠卷。此存取僅在裝置上進行，不會遠端傳輸任何內容。
Microphone access is requested only for recording voice-overs. Recordings are used immediately for on-device speech-to-text caption generation and are not stored beyond that session. 麥克風存取僅用於錄製旁白。錄音即時用於本機語音轉文字字幕生成，不會在該次使用後儲存。

Children’s Privacy 兒童私隱
MemoReel is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. MemoReel 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童。我們不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。

Changes to This Policy 本政策的變更
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of MemoReel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 若本政策有重大變更，我們將更新頁面頂部的生效日期。在變更後繼續使用 MemoReel，即表示您接受更新後的政策。
