Mira 是一個生活記錄 App：隨手記下生活片段，幫你記得自己做了甚麼。你的記錄屬於你。我們的原則是：記錄只存在你的裝置和你自己的 iCloud；相片不會上傳；只有在你同意之後，才會把需要的文字交給 AI 整理回顧。
1. Mira 會處理哪些資料
文字記錄及相片備注
你輸入的記錄、為相片加上的備注、「完成」標記、AI 回顧，以及你確認過的詞彙，儲存在你的裝置上，並透過 Apple iCloud（CloudKit）在你自己的 iCloud 帳戶內同步。我們無法存取你的 iCloud 資料。
相片
經你授權後，Mira 會讀取相簿，在時間軸顯示當天的相片，並用於製作每週／每月回顧動畫。挑選回顧相片時，Mira 會在你的裝置上分析相片的畫面質素。相片不會上傳到任何伺服器，也不會傳送給 AI。你亦可以用相機即時拍照，附加到記錄中。
位置
經你授權後，Mira 會在你新增記錄時記下當時的位置，連同記錄儲存在裝置及你的 iCloud。位置用於地圖顯示和回顧中的「你去過的地方」。為了顯示地名，座標會傳送給 Apple 的地圖服務查詢，並受 Apple 私隱政策 規管。位置不會傳送給 AI。
回顧影片
每週／每月回顧影片在你的裝置上製作。只有在你按「分享影片」並選擇分享對象時，影片才會離開你的裝置。
通知
每日提醒是在裝置上設定的本機通知，不經任何伺服器。
Mira 不會收集
健康資料、通訊錄、廣告識別碼或任何追蹤資料。Mira 不含任何第三方分析、廣告或追蹤工具。
2. AI 回顧
AI 回顧是可選功能。只有在你按下「生成回顧」，並在第一次使用前明確同意之後，Mira 才會傳送資料。你可以隨時在「設定 → AI 設定」撤回同意。
會傳送的內容（只限你選擇的那一週或那一個月）：
- 文字記錄和相片備注，連同記錄的日期和時間
- 你確認過的詞彙解釋
- 上一次回顧的摘要，以及你對它的補充或更正
- 過往回顧中整理出的觀察摘要
- 裝置所在地區（例如「英國」），用於理解語言和文化用語
不會傳送的內容：相片、位置座標、健康資料、你的姓名、電郵或 Apple 帳戶資料。
資料會傳送給誰
- 訂閱版：內容經 Mira 的伺服器（Cloudflare Workers）轉交給 Anthropic 的 Claude 處理。Mira 的伺服器不會保存任何記錄或回顧內容；為了限制每日使用次數，伺服器只會暫存一個以訂閱交易編號為基礎的當日計數，24 小時後自動刪除。
- 自備 API Key 版：內容直接從你的裝置傳送到你選擇的 AI 服務（Anthropic 或你設定的 OpenAI 格式服務），不經 Mira 的伺服器。你的 API Key 只儲存在裝置的鑰匙圈（Keychain）中。
AI 服務供應商處理資料的方式，受其各自的私隱政策規管，例如 Anthropic 私隱政策。
3. 備份與匯出
你可以在設定中把記錄匯出為 JSON 檔案。檔案由你決定存放的位置；Mira 不會把它上傳到任何地方。
4. 訂閱與付款
所有付款由 Apple App Store 處理，Mira 不會收取或儲存你的付款資料。你可以隨時在 App Store 的訂閱設定中取消訂閱。
5. 資料保存與刪除
你的記錄會一直保存在裝置和你的 iCloud，直至你刪除。你可以在 App 內刪除個別記錄，或在「設定 → 資料 → 清除所有資料」刪除全部內容；刪除後，資料會從裝置及你的 iCloud 移除。由於我們不在伺服器保存你的記錄，我們無法代你存取或還原已刪除的資料。
6. 兒童私隱
Mira 並非為 13 歲以下兒童而設，我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
7. 政策更新
如本政策有重大更改，我們會更新本頁的「最後更新」日期，並在需要時於 App 內通知你。

Mira Privacy Policy

Mira is a life-logging app: jot down the moments of your day, and remember what you actually did. Your entries are yours. Our principles: entries stay on your device and in your own iCloud; photos are never uploaded; and text is only sent to AI to write reviews after you agree.
1. What Mira handles
Entries and photo notes
Your entries, notes on photos, “done” marks, AI reviews and confirmed vocabulary are stored on your device and synced through Apple iCloud (CloudKit) within your own iCloud account. We cannot access your iCloud data.
Photos
With your permission, Mira reads your photo library to show each day’s photos in the timeline and to build weekly and monthly recaps. To pick recap photos, Mira assesses image quality on your device. Photos are never uploaded to any server and never sent to AI. You can also take photos with the camera and attach them to entries.
Location
With your permission, Mira records your location when you add an entry, and stores it with the entry on your device and in your iCloud. It is used for the map and the “Where you went” part of recaps. To show place names, coordinates are sent to Apple’s mapping service, subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. Location is never sent to AI.
Recap videos
Recap videos are made on your device. They only leave it when you tap “Share Video” and choose where to send them.
Notifications
The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device, with no server involved.
What Mira does not collect
Health data, contacts, advertising identifiers or any tracking data. Mira contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
2. AI reviews
AI reviews are optional. Mira only sends data when you tap “Generate”, and only after you have given explicit consent the first time. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings > AI Settings.
What is sent (only for the week or month you choose):
- Text entries and photo notes, with their dates and times
- Vocabulary explanations you have confirmed
- A summary of the previous review, and any additions or corrections you made to it
- Summaries of observations from past reviews
- Your device region (for example “United Kingdom”), to help interpret language and cultural expressions
What is never sent: photos, location coordinates, health data, your name, email or Apple account details.
Who receives it
- Subscription: content passes through Mira’s server (Cloudflare Workers) to Anthropic’s Claude. Mira’s server does not store any entries or reviews. To enforce the daily usage limit, it keeps only a daily counter keyed to your subscription transaction ID, which is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Bring your own API key: content goes directly from your device to the AI service you chose (Anthropic, or the OpenAI-compatible service you configured), not through Mira’s server. Your API key is stored only in your device’s Keychain.
How AI providers handle data is governed by their own privacy policies, for example the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
3. Backup and export
You can export your entries as a JSON file from Settings. You decide where the file is saved; Mira does not upload it anywhere.
4. Subscriptions and payments
All payments are handled by the Apple App Store. Mira never receives or stores your payment details. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store subscription settings.
5. Retention and deletion
Your entries are kept on your device and in your iCloud until you delete them. You can delete individual entries in the app, or delete everything in Settings > Data > Clear All Data; this removes the data from your device and your iCloud. Because we do not keep your entries on any server, we cannot access or restore deleted data for you.
6. Children’s privacy
Mira is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
