Thingy Majiggy 私隱政策

本私隱政策適用於 BY MILLY CO. LTD（「我們」）開發的 iPhone App「Thingy Majiggy」（「本 App」）。

我們收集的資料

無。本 App 沒有帳戶、沒有廣告、沒有分析或追蹤工具，也沒有伺服器。我們不會收到你的相片、影片、聲音或任何使用資料。

本 App 使用的權限

  • 相機：用於即時為物件加上表情。物件辨識和追蹤由 iPhone 內置的 Apple Vision 在裝置上完成，影像不會離開你的裝置。
  • 麥克風：只在你長按快門錄影時，錄下影片的聲音。
  • 加入相片：只用於把你拍攝或製作的相片和影片存入你的相簿。本 App 無法讀取你相簿中的其他內容。
  • 從相簿選擇相片：你主動選擇的相片只會在裝置上處理，不會上傳。

你可以隨時在 iPhone 的「設定」中關閉以上權限。

第三方

本 App 不含任何第三方廣告、分析或追蹤工具，也不會與任何第三方分享資料。

兒童

本 App 適合所有年齡人士使用。由於我們不收集任何資料，因此也不會收集兒童的個人資料。

政策更新

如本政策有任何更改，我們會在此頁面更新，並修改上方的生效日期。

Thingy Majiggy Privacy Policy

In short: Thingy Majiggy does not collect, store or share any of your personal data. Everything happens on your device.

This privacy policy applies to the iPhone app “Thingy Majiggy” (“the app”), developed by BY MILLY CO. LTD (“we”, “us”).

Information we collect

None. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and no servers. We never receive your photos, videos, sound or any usage data.

Permissions the app uses

  • Camera: used to add faces to objects in real time. Object recognition and tracking are done on your device by Apple Vision, built into iOS. Images never leave your device.
  • Microphone: used only to record sound while you hold the shutter to record a video.
  • Add to Photos: used only to save the photos and videos you create to your photo library. The app cannot read anything else in your library.
  • Choosing a photo from your library: a photo you pick is processed on your device only and is never uploaded.

You can turn off any of these permissions at any time in your iPhone’s Settings.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and shares no data with any third party.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data at all, we do not collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
