利用精油支援免疫系統 Vitality x Immune System

講出黎都覺得唔好意思,又兩個幾月都冇打blog…🙈
根據Blogspot數據,關於Young Living公司同產品嘅Blog hit rate係特別高,所以我會繼續寫/譯多啲XD而且我都好鍾意research依類資料,因為自己都可以學多啲!

今次會講點樣利用精油去支援免疫系統:

3.通過添加檸檬Vitality精油或上面列出的任何活力油,為您的NingXia Red增添免疫力。

4.通過將活性炭粉與幾滴任何這些支援免疫系統的Vitality精油混合在一個植物膠囊中,創建自己的支援體循環補充劑。

因為我試緊用Claude Code做後製,
所以拎返呢個旅程嘅片黎試。
估唔到廣東話嘅Vlog片佢都做得唔錯!西班牙嘅最尾一站係Cadiz。Cadiz係歐洲最古老嘅城市之一,歷史可追溯至超過三千年前。位於一個狹長半島上,三面環海,風景如畫。不過今日好獨別,前一晚收到通知因為冇位泊係乘客上落嘅碼頭,所以遊輪會泊咗係貨櫃碼頭,會安排免費Shuttle Bus接送,有指定時間上落船。

發現手機之前整滷肉飯嘅片未剪😆
呢個茶包滷肉飯真係超方便呀,早幾日先食完,大人小朋友都好鍾意!Chai Tea 茶包滷肉飯食譜材料:
- 豬腩肉
- 蒜蓉
- 雞蛋調味料:
- 生抽
- 老抽
- 冰糖
- Chai Tea 茶包步驟:
1. 可以先烚熟雞蛋
2. 豬腩肉切片
3. 白鑊落豬腩肉片,豬腩肉片會出水,炒到乾身後可加入蒜頭
4. 炒香後可加入水(沒過豬肉)
5. 然後加入生抽、老抽、糖,翻炒均勻。
6. 加入兩個Chai Tea茶包
7. 加入預先煮熟剝殼的雞蛋,一齊滷 30分鐘
8. 開蓋收汁約5–10分鐘,如覺得不夠鹹可補少許鹽,
9. 撈走茶包,食得!

每朝都好似打仗咁🙈我都知早啲起身時間會寬裕啲,但有時硬挖十分鐘都未起身,食早餐同整lunchbox真係趕到乜咁呀。
九月家姐返中學仲要早多20分鐘出門口,到時都唔知點算。🙈
